Death threats from family members: My mom, Goreti Wanyenze, Ant Jane, step Sister Grace and other unidentified family members. 

I Called 911 2:40Pm on Sat/ Aug/ 24. for people harassing me over a global sate light, one of them i suspected was Orange County Police Officer Mr. Ian Wasserman, who falsely arrested me for tress pass while attempting to withdraw my money from a wells fargo bank. and OPD police officer Mr.  David Albany, who arrested in a park stating it is a black and white thing and that i had to be incarcerated locking me in jail where i was tortured and mistreated. Stating i should give up on them, that they are going to poison my food and wrap me up in a coffin, also stop payment for my unemployment benefits, that have been held for over six weeks without payment, and ask the landlord to throw me out of the house, stop the lawsuit filled in the circuit city Orlando against Orlando Police Officer and Wells Fargo Bank www.thomasmulonic.om, or they're gonna lock me in jail again, and get me killed. They also stated they don't want to see me go to school and study, following a similar incident after at Full Sail 3University, infor: www.thomasmuloni.com shortly after identifying my computer files previously sent to FBI regarding Death Threats from Johnson Makoba a psychology professor at University of Nevada had been illegally deleted off my laptop computer. Family members are verbally saying they have a biochip implanted remotely that, they are using to spy on me day and night because i have hiv and that their target is to get me killed. Family members, often have often said they have been paid, to have me killed, and had them watch me as i would be killed, even at the house i am leaving, stating they never want me attend school but only see me dead . I would not let my life be taken advantage of for a bio chip in my body with it’s associated dangers, adding they should not tell or let any one know about the bio chip implanted in me.  While resting relative’s abusive voices are hard responding to whatever i can say, read and think about, now being harassed everywhere with live abusive conversations including public places like shopping stores, library including outdoors. This is affecting my life and mind with treble dangers of the bio chip damaging my life than would hiv. even right now any thing i thing about is being replied by them as though people charting face to face.

When a female police officer showed up, i told her about harassing voices in the rooms, and showed her around the house, Two male police officers asked me to have a seat, while seated, they said i had a warranty of arrest, and put me under rest. i told them that was not right. i have no warranty of arrest. Police insisted they had to take me to jail. While i jail, i called my attorney told him, police arrested me falsely after calling 911, there were abusive harassing voices from my family members in the house, adding they were invading my privacy in the house making videos,  and saying abusive words, while over the phone talking to my attorney, officials interrupted my conversation while telling my lawyer  about the harassing voices in jail as well and the illegal use of a bio chip on me, that some criminals are using to affect my brain, mind, and my reasoning capacity and my whole life.  I told one of the officers in the cell about abusive and harassing voices, who forced me into a phsco unit, where i was stripped off my clothes and left me necked. After court ordered my release within one hour, officials never let me go, even after informing them i was to be released in one hour, after returning from court. i also heard my family members saying they were still watching me till i would be harmed and put to death while in jail. They held me until 1am in the morning, while getting ready to go home, they called a transportation vehicle thinking they were gonna drop me home putting me on hand cuffs again, and drove me into a psycho ward, i told them i was released to go home, not to be sent into psyco unit, for no reason. it was now about 2am in the morning, and they never wanted to let me go. i asked a hospital female worker if it was possible for her to call a taxi for me but refused. I told her their  seemed not to be organized the way they were trying to attend to me and told them i did not need their services. In the morning i asked for my belongings to leave and go home, but one guy started fighting me, dragging me into a room. i yelled so hard to get me out of that room but instead the guy came with a group of about five other guys, wrestling me down on a sick bed, and started injecting me drugs i never had an idea about, without my knowledge. Saying he's online streamed lined on youtube. The drugs changed my conscienceness for over a day, having said they wanted to get me killed, and just hide my body far in an unidentified place. The following day i asked to talk to one of the officials, i was unfairly held by a group of guys fighting me down and needed to leave. I talked to one of the doctor who asked for a phone number from some one i knew, i gave him my attorney's number after leaving him a voice message about what was happening, and latter on let go. 
Same identified criminals hankered my business computer and phone blocking any phone conversations and making my work on the computer so difficult deleting and altering every other document including this very 

document while preparing it.

RE: TO WHO IT MAY CONCERN. 
I am compelled to forward my case involving several death threats to Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reported to police and law enforcement but names of suspects involved miss pelt and changed for wrong names.
After filing several police reports which i suspect to be caused by Makoba Johnson, a psychology professor at the University of Nevada in Rhino and a former classmate at City College San Francisco, Mollen Kaira Kaigogi, that occurred on the 19th of Feb 2012 at 706 Kearny Street San Francisco when strangers living in the opposite room made verbal threats to shoot me, shortly after returning from work at around 9 15 pm, in San Francisco California. 
The suspects said they were watching me on video cameras for a long time and that they were ready to shoot and kill me that night. I called 911 who showed up and left after speaking to the suspects. Shortly after police left the scene, the suspects continued saying police are aware we're watching you, and that they couldn't do any thing to them. In the morning around 7am, i called 911 again and told them what happened after they left. I was given a case number and told to go pick the police report at the SFPD on Bryant street. 
I went to pick up the police report but found out the names of suspects had been miss pelt as Johnson Makova not Johnson Makoba. I informed records department that, names of suspects involved have been miss pelt who told me to come back after a week. i went back and still found the names miss pelt the second time as Makova Johnson instead of Makoba Johnson and still told to come back in a week's time, which i did. 
Death threats continued at my work place, Tan Foran Mall in San bruno, where i was threatened to be shot and my food poisoned by some co workers including one police officer working at the same cite. I asked for a transfer from my employer, Andrews International after filing a police report at that police station, but death threats from co workers worsened while at Disney Store where i was transferred, threatening to Kidnap and abduct me to mexico at gun point, leading to my resignation. 
It was a payday on April 20th when i went to withdraw money at a 7 eleven store on market street at 12 30am after i realized two strangers who appeared to be armed following me towards the store. I stopped and tried to get their  attention and they changed their direction. I went to a close restaurant next. While i was having my meal a group of white people came in and sat paying attention at me saying we're going to watch him every where. just a week after i was threatened to be shot at a different address 1411 Stockton street where i had moved.
That night my smart phone was blocked, i couldn't be able to make any calls. i had a second phone that was out of service which i used to call 911 when strangers living in one of the units said they were watching to murder me at 3am, soon as the bell in the city sounds. The following morning the building manager said i shouldn't have called 911 at night. That same evening at around 7pm, i left work and went to have a meal at carls junior. After eating my meal a lady who appeared to be related to Mollen Kaira while approaching towards me said Lala Salama, as i was exiting the restaurant, a Swahili word meaning Rest in peace. I didn't say any thing to her and went home.
At city college San Francisco, i was threatened to be arrested after i made a complaint about a Biotechnology instructor Mr Robert Reeds for giving me coffee that made me sick latter in the evening after taking it, who also dropped my classes, saying he had two cups of coffee and that he couldn't finish them. I made a note on my Facebook page which i discovered broken soon after. I moved to Los Angeles to switch school and find new work due to much threats San Francisco. 
On my way to Los Angles i realized some strangers following me, where my bags were taken off when i left to use restrooms at one of the stops on greyhound buss and had to switch busses. I didn't know any one and unknown strangers were verbally harassing me badly, some would spite on me, and curse me off, saying no one should help him, don't give me nothing, he's uncle crossed him out, he wants him to be a beggar, to pick cans on the street. He has hiv, that they would use doctors to make me insane, crippled, and that whoever helps the slave to escape will be in trouble. 

But i knew God would keep me safe all days of my life in pray, in hymes and praises, from evil and the wicked mind of the devil, from enemies and all illness. As i believed, so God in Heaven cleansed me, healed and anointed me, citing the works of the enemy and the serpent to destroy my life, using agents of satan, the beast. In 2008, i was told by Dr. Tagar who worked for Larkin Street youth services, a non profit organization that helps endangered youths, after my Dad had physically assaulted me, saying i had six months to live and that i would have to sign documents acknowledging i had only six months of life in oder to receive financial Aid from the State. 
I signed his paper work because i was in need of the financial Aid, but never believed the statement that, i had only six months to live, and so began putting much more trust in God than i would in man as the bible says. I went to a church and talked to church leaders and one of them called Michael Prosby said i will help you for a while as you look to settle down, when he started making verbal statements that my uncle mentioned had paid people large sums of money to have me murdered and also found out some one was making harassing calls to my girl friend from Michael prosby's number, when she told me unidentified people called on a number i had used Michael prosby’s, questioning her who she calls me to be? and also telling her stop contacting me, and some of them pretending to be me. I shortly moved to portland oregon and finally to orlando Florida to attend Full Sail University as they followed, harassed and threatened me in every state, saying let him not use any of our resources.
I was praying in the paramore park around 7 am when a police officer hand cuffed and arrested me to jail on June 25th stating THIS IS A WHITE AND BLACK THING AND THAT I HAD TO BE INCARCERATED, confiscating all my property, phone and wallet with all my contacts in there, bank cards, and denying access  to my close friends and relatives.  While in jail, i was tortured by the officials working there, feeding me on toxic foods contaminated with chemicals that made me sick and beddings infected with drugs saying they wanted to charge me on drugs convictions because i filed a Ten Million dollar lawsuit against them in Orange County Orlando, Florida. Four days after being getting out of jail, police officers forced out of my residential unit at night while i was doing laundry in the night at around 1:45 am. The would follow me up to food stores where i buy groceries only to realize after the food stuffs are causing sickness.
The lawsuit is about a similar case, where i was falsely arrested of tress pass when i went to withdraw money in a Wells Fargo Bank, dragging and torturing me into jail because of my Music Recording and Production Career, confiscating my laptop with projects that were to be shortly released, and also used devil worshipers in jail, who harassed me day and night disguising themselves as inmates, following prior death threats, stalkings and harassment led by one of my uncles Makoba Johnson a psychology professor at University of Nevada in Rhino and a former classmate Mollen Kaira Kaigogi. www.thomasmuloni.com for more information. 
The arrest happened shortly after protesting against INJUSTICE AND DISCRIMINATION at the orange county Court June 17th through June 21st when i filed a restraining order that was not granted by court for stalking, harassment and death threats at Full Sail University from Mollen Kaira, a former school mate, including school officials who bared and stopped  me from attending shool when i forwarded complaints to school administration and latter latter to Florida Department of Education. 
During the protest at the circuit court, police attempted to arrest me twice using tactical means to intimidate me, but  i told them i was exercising my due right.  The week i was to re-file the restraining order after protesting, is when i was arrested. Earlier that same week while at a local public library some employees working there threatened to put the library on fire and say this black man did that, as they said verbally harassing me. All my phones were blocked, i couldn't communicate to within and over seas to my relatives, and also realized some documents on my computer were being deleted by unknown criminals. 
I was followed me at every house i rented to ruin my life, my career and my family relationship overseas, so putting my future at risk. The same suspects are undermining my professional career and Education by stalking and threatening me at school and family over seas, Stating they have to see me dead, after speaking to my relatives and girl friend over seas telling me your uncle Makoba Johnson wants to see you in a grave and that he's against my relationship with her saying she received harassing phone calls to stop talking to me because they didn't like her. 



While at school some instructors, students  harassing me verbally said, they made malicious videos of me to my girl friend and her family over seas to ruine relationship with her, her family and i convincing her not to say anything or they destroy my career. Some of the officials at school often said leave our school and go, saying we'll throw him out of school, Get him on the streets, and lock him in jail as they did.

I would not let my life be taken advantage of for a bio chip in my body with it’s associated dangers, adding they should not tell or let any one know about the bio chip implanted in me.  While resting relative’s abusive voices are hard responding to whatever i can say, read and think about, now being harassed everywhere with live abusive conversations including public places like shopping stores, library including outdoors. This is affecting my life and mind with treble dangers of the bio chip damaging my life than would hiv. even right now any thing i thing about is being replied by them as though people charting face to face.

When a female police officer showed up, i told her about harassing voices in the rooms, and showed her around the house, Two male police officers asked me to have a seat, while seated, they said i had a warranty of arrest, and put me under rest. i told them that was not right. i have no warranty of arrest. Police insisted they had to take me to jail. While i jail, i called my attorney told him, police arrested me falsely after calling 911, there were abusive harassing voices from my family members in the house, adding they were invading my privacy in the house making videos,  and saying abusive words, while over the phone talking to my attorney, officials interrupted my conversation while telling my lawyer  about the harassing voices in jail as well and the illegal use of a bio chip on me, that some criminals are using to affect my brain, mind, and my reasoning capacity and my whole life.  I told one of the officers in the cell about abusive and harassing voices, who forced me into a phsco unit, where i was stripped off my clothes and left me necked. After court ordered my release within one hour, officials never let me go, even after informing them i was to be released in one hour, after returning from court. i also heard my family members saying they were still watching me till i would be harmed and put to death while in jail. They held me until 1am in the morning, while getting ready to go home, they called a transportation vehicle thinking they were gonna drop me home putting me on hand cuffs again, and drove me into a psycho ward, i told them i was released to go home, not to be sent into psyco unit, for no reason. it was now about 2am in the morning, and they never wanted to let me go. i asked a hospital female worker if it was possible for her to call a taxi for me but refused. I told her their  seemed not to be organized the way they were trying to attend to me and told them i did not need their services. In the morning i asked for my belongings to leave and go home, but one guy started fighting me, dragging me into a room. i yelled so hard to get me out of that room but instead the guy came with a group of about five other guys, wrestling me down on a sick bed, and started injecting me drugs i never had an idea about, without my knowledge. Saying he's online streamed lined on youtube. The drugs changed my conscienceness for over a day, having said they wanted to get me killed, and just hide my body far in an unidentified place. The following day i asked to talk to one of the officials, i was unfairly held by a group of guys fighting me down and needed to leave. I talked to one of the doctor who asked for a phone number from some one i knew, i gave him my attorney's number after leaving him a voice message about what was happening, and latter on let go. 
Same identified criminals hankered my business computer and phone blocking any phone conversations and making my work on the computer so difficult deleting and altering every other document including this very 
document while preparing it.
